Click the button “积分赏🎁” at the bottom right corner and log in to your account to view your personal points balance and participate in point redemption activities.
* Upon completing your first order, you will automatically become a new member. Once the order is confirmed, the corresponding points will be credited to your account automatically.
* The points accumulation period is based on the calendar year, calculated over 365 days (366 days in a leap year). Only orders with the status Shipped during this period are considered valid. Points will be awarded according to the order value based on the platform’s rules.
* Each new member earns points based on the order amount on The Best Shop during each 365-day period. Accumulated points can be redeemed for vouchers of equivalent value. Vouchers must be used in full—partial redemption or change is not allowed—and can only be applied to orders placed on The Best Shop online platform.
* The valid order amount used for point calculation is the pre-tax amount actually paid after deducting discounts such as promo codes, vouchers, extra shipping fees, and point redemptions.
* If a completed order is refunded—whether partially or fully—the corresponding points earned from that order, including special promotion points, will be deducted accordingly.
How to Earn Points
- For every $1 spent on a valid order, earn 2 points
- Earn 200 bonus points when you subscribe to promotional emails for the first time.
- Follow the official Instagram account to receive an additional 200 points.
- After a valid order is completed, you can leave a review on the corresponding product page. Earn 200 points per review and limited up to 3 reviews per month.
- Purchase products labeled as【活动积分】to earn double points based on the item’s value.
- Participate in special holiday events to receive double points on valid order amounts.
- Share your experience on Xiaohongshu, Instagram, or WeChat Moments—including unboxing videos, shopping experiences, product recommendations, or reviews of specific items.Tag The Best Shop official account, then contact customer service to verify your post and receive additional points.
Points Redemption Rewards
Points earned from valid orders can be redeemed for designated rewards on The Best Shop online shopping platform. Vouchers can only be used to deduct pre-tax order amounts on The Best Shop Online Shopping Platform. Vouchers must be used in full—they cannot be split, combined, or exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
- 1,000 points = $10 voucher
- 2,200 points = $25 voucher
- 4,000 points = $50 voucher
- 7,500 points = $100 voucher
Based on Toronto local time (GMT-5), each consumption period ends on December 31 at 11:59 pm. If your valid order total (pre-tax, non-refunded) reaches $2,000 CAD during the consumption year, you will receive a bonus of 1,000 points on the first day of the following consumption period.
• Any unused or unredeemed points will automatically carry over to the next consumption period. However, the corresponding order amounts that generated those points will not be counted toward bonus calculations in the new period.
