Crown cooker hoods use a specially designed high speed and ultra quiet 2 speed fan. Powerful and quiet. Flexible power with 6-speed easy touch controls.

The power switch can control the speed of the fan to reduce noise and improve energy efficiency. Low speed for steaming, braising, stewing, simmering, poaching; high speed for regular cooking, frying or sautéing.

The fan blades are Teflon coated, which separates the grease from the air and stores it in a removable cup for easy cleaning. Eliminating the need for filters increases air delivery capacity and saves on filter replacement costs.

The grease collection tray and cup can be removed, washed and put back in place. Vent style is round, 6" diameter with top exit.
