Crown cooker hoods use a specially designed high-speed and ultra-quiet 6-speed motor. Counter-rotating dual motors help reduce noise and increase suction.

Six levels of exhaust power allow users to adapt to different cooking styles, reduce noise and improve energy efficiency.

The selected extraction level is indicated by a smart LED light to make it easier to know which level is selected. The embedded microcontroller remembers the last level selected, even after the cooker hood has been switched off.

Level 1 or 2 for steaming, braising, braising, lean meat, poaching
Level 3 or 4 for frying, medium frying, medium heat
Level 5 or 6 is for deep frying, sautéing on the highest heat.

Features a steam cleaning function that turns water into steam to dissolve cold grease that freezes inside the hood. Once dissolved, spray water to get your range hood completely clean. The grease collection tray and cup can be removed, washed and put back in place. The vent style is round, 6" in diameter, with top exit.
