7-day return policy (except food and special products)
Complete customer satisfaction is the eternal pursuit of [buy it], we will strive to provide customers with the best after-sales service, so that everyone can buy with peace of mind and no worries. Under the condition that the following return conditions are met, customers can apply for return and exchange of goods within 7 calendar days after receiving the package. Food and a few special commodities are excluded. Please refer to the policy below for details.
The first step is to contact [buy it] customer service by email:

Wechat and phone calls cannot be used as the basis for the return application, and all emails shall prevail.

Except for the following "return and exchange are not allowed", [buy it] customer service will follow up for you within 1-3 working days;
There are two types of returns:

If the product received is damaged, wrongly shipped, missed, etc. cannot be used normally, edible and other product quality problems, please take photos and save them as soon as possible. After confirming the problem on behalf of Xiao Er, according to the actual situation:
- Customers can request to return and reissue or refund;
- If the supply is insufficient and cannot be reissued, Xiaoer will handle a full refund for the customer;
- If you need to return by express [Maiba] Xiaoer can provide the customer with a Shipping Label, but the customer needs to pack the product and send it back to the nearby Canada Post address.
- If the product is returned for personal reasons, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. $9.99+tax (Ontario (ON) Quebec (QC), $11.99+tax (other provinces and territories in Canada). Please refer to the "Personal Reasons" section for details.
The second step, product return:
Customers can choose to return the goods through the courier company (Canada Post or UPS) according to their own situation, or send them back to most department stores by themselves. For the address of the group store, please refer to the introduction in "About Us".
(Please note: Although most of the large department store chain stores are responsible for receiving the returned goods, the stores themselves do not conduct refund transactions. The refund will be issued by the [Maiba] online store within 3 working days after confirmation of the return of the goods and inspection.
When returning, please return the original packaging, products, accessories, manuals, etc., and return any gifts. If there is something missing, [Buy it] may not be able to refund the full amount, and it will be handled as appropriate.
If the product is not sent back within 7 working days after the return application is approved by [Maiba], the return application will be canceled and will not be considered.
The third step is to complete the refund:
[Buy it] After receiving the returned product and checking that it is correct, notify the customer of a refund or reissue by email:
【Buy it】We will check and verify the returned products declared by customers to be unopened or unused, and refund or reissue will be processed in time after confirming that they are intact or unused. If there is a quality problem during use, [Buy it] will also confirm and refund or replace it, even if the product has been used. (see quality issues below)
If you apply for a refund due to personal reasons, and the product has been unpacked or used, a 15% or higher product depreciation and repackaging fee will be charged according to the situation.
If points, coupons, etc. are used during order payment, the points and coupons will be refunded first when refunding, and the remaining refunds will take several working days to be refunded and displayed on the bank card/credit card account used for payment.
Quality issues:
[Buy it] Insist on choosing regular purchase channels, all products are purchased from confident manufacturers and suppliers by themselves, and are guaranteed to be authentic. If the customer is worried about whether the purchased product is genuine, we can issue the relevant purchase certificate. Customers can also contact the manufacturer or authoritative unit for verification.
Application for return and exchange for personal reasons: If the product is returned due to personal reasons, the shipping fee must be borne by the customer, including but not limited to:
- The product size, color, etc. are not suitable;
- Personal skin allergies, etc., are not suitable for using the product;
- Due to external factors, the logistics time is longer than expected;
- The package was transferred to the pick-up point of the logistics company due to no one receiving it, but it was left in the logistics company for too long and no one picked it up;
- Purchase order due to personal error;
- Due to personal preference, it is found that the product does not meet the demand after purchase.
