- Points have no cash value. The number of points earned per purchase is based on the pre-tax total, minus any discounts from points or coupons. 2 points will be earned for every $1 spent.
- Special promotional events may offer extra points during specific periods. Shipping fees do not earn points.
- If any order is returned or canceled, the points earned from that order will be deducted.
- Points cannot be transferred or combined between accounts.
- Points can only be used on【The Best Shop】and cannot be redeemed at The Best Shop retail locations.

Q: "Where can I get coupons/points? How do I use them?"
- Log-in to your【The Best Shop】account；
- Click the “积分赏” button in the bottom right corner of the page to enter the rewards management page and redeem coupons；
- Your current points balance will be displayed in the bottom left corner, where you can also view the types of coupons available for redemption or already redeemed；
- Select the type of coupon you want to redeem and click the “REDEEM” button；
- Copy the redeemed coupon code and paste it during checkout. The system will automatically apply the discount.

Q: "What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?"
